My stay at the resort was quite a rollercoaster. While the luxurious rooms and beautiful grounds truly impressed me, my experience was marred by some unfortunate encounters with the staff. The dining options were excellent and added to the enjoyment, but the lack of proper service overshadowed the positives a bit. Overall, it felt like the resort could use some improvement in hospitality.
